As we celebrate our 150th year in business in 2024, we continue our commitment to our local community and existing partners. As we move into 2025, we will be working hard to further broaden our involvement with our fantastic community.

As part of this commitment to the community we were excited to agreed a new partnership with the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust in 2024.

Sally Bromley, Partnerships Manager at Paycare, said:

“As a not-for-profit, we’re proud to be involved in many projects that make a real difference within our local communities, and this partnership with the Museum Trust has proved an exciting opportunity to support the fantastic work the Trust does delivering its twin aims of heritage conservation and education”.

Set in a World Heritage site in beautiful Shropshire, the area is known as the Birthplace of Industry, due to the remarkable technological and industrial breakthroughs that happened there over three hundred years ago. With ten award winning museums and caring for thirty-five scheduled ancient monuments, including the world-famous Iron Bridge itself, the Trust is one of the UK’s largest independent museums, welcoming over 338,000 visitors a year from across the UK and from around the globe, including 30,000 school children and students.

Zoe Baxter, Major Gifts and Partnerships Executive at Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust – “We are delighted to welcome Paycare as a Silver Corporate Patron of Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust. As a long-standing champion of wellbeing and community, Paycare’s support will play a crucial role in preserving the historic and cultural heritage of our museums”,
